Insight Mindfulness Education
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Insight Mindfulness Education (I'ME) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting teenagers through mindfulness and meditation. I'ME runs regular week-long retreats, providing a safe space for young people to explore who they are and learn strategies to combat everyday stresses.
We had the opportunity to be a part of their 2018 Gala, celebrating the successes of that year and encouraging support for future retreats. We put together several videos that were shown during the event, educating people about I'ME and hearing from some of the young people themselves.
We also provided catering from Ben Milbourne and Andy Allen and photographed the event.
